Wings

Took a walk in the wild

On a summer day,

When the sun started to rise

shedding the darkness behind

The trees, sand, flowers

basking in golden delight

looked so precious

too good to be true.

As the sun rose higher

the sight before cleared,

the trees lush green

with flowers bright and clean.

Before me stretched a meadow

with green grass and tulip flowers,

An emerald carpet studded

with ruby flowers.

Deers and Giraffes found grazing,

An elephant leading his herd

and his calves playing around

What a beautiful sight indeed.

Parrots squawked and Squirrels hopped

Monkeys dived and peacock danced

I knew it was time to leave,

before the wild animals breakfast on me :) 

Stars seen dancing on the sky
moon singing a lullaby to the night
robins tucking his little one in his nest
wrapped his wing round his pets.

listen to the music of midnight
frogs croaking from the side
crickets heard chirping a song
wolves started to whistle along.

fire flies showed the way
wind followed with gay
beacon calling the ship to the shore
waves rushing to the sand so pure.

Rain began to fall on the ground
hills were green as I walked around
mists started to hide my way
dragons helped to find my way.

Clouds all fluffy
Went for a ride,

Took shape of a dragon
Spitting fire,

Took shape of a mountain
With huge waterfalls,

Took shape of a rainbow
Connecting heaven and earth,

Now like a monster
Made me hide...
